Ellen van den Berghe joined RTL in 2011. She started as a Management Trainee and, after a personal development program in various departments, progressed from Buyer Dutch productions (2013), SVOD content lead (2015) to Head of content Videoland and RTL XL (2017). Since February 2023, Ellen van den Berghe has been Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and a member of the board of RTL Netherlands. She has been involved in the development of Videoland from day one and is responsible for growth and innovation of all RTL's digital consumer products (Videoland, Buienradar and RTL Online). Ellen holds a Master's degree in Finance.
