Xavier Thillen, Head of Production & Digital Media Operations at Broadcasting Center Europe (BCE), talks about his passion for production and the importance of embracing change.

“I never feel bored”, says Xavier as he explains why he has stayed in the same company for 30 years. He reminisces about the early days of television when he worked in post-production and provides insights into the ongoing transformation of BCE.
