Starting 1 October, Carolin Häublein will take on the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer at RTL Radio Deutschland. In this capacity, she will oversee a variety of tasks and projects within the company. Häublein will continue to report directly to Nina Gerhardt, CEO of RTL Radio Deutschland, while stepping down from her position as Managing Director of the RTL Audio Center Berlin. She will maintain her role as Managing Director of the radio station Jam FM.

Carolin has been the Managing Director of Jam FM since 2010 and joined the management team of the RTL Audio Center Berlin in 2020. She completed a two-year training programme at the Institute for Marketing and Communication in Berlin and graduated in 2006 with a degree in Media and Communication Studies, specialising in Media Economics. She then joined her family’s business, focusing on managing her father Roland Specker’s shares in Jam FM, and shortly thereafter, took over as Managing Director.
