25 years at RTL: David Gloesener

In our second podcast episode, RTL Luxembourg’s Dave Gloesener talks about his passion for radio, the future of audio content and his role as Head of Eurovision.

“Learn from yesterday, live today and plan for tomorrow,” says Dave Glosener, the second guest of RTL stories – The podcast.  If it were up to him, radio would be on everywhere and all day long. He started his career 25 years ago as a presenter and editor at Eldoradio in his home country of Luxembourg. Today, he is Head of Radio Programmes & Head of Eurovision at RTL Luxembourg.

During the interview, Dave tells host Lisa Burke what he enjoys most about his job and why he left RTL – then came back two months after. They discuss how AI might change the world of media and why now is the perfect time for Luxembourg to rejoin the Eurovision Song Contest.
