Hortense will take on the position of Managing Director of M6 Publicité on 23 April 2024, following the appointment of David Larramendy, currently member of the Groupe M6 Executive Board responsible for commercial activities, as Chairman of the Executive Board. The appointment has been coordinated with Nicolas de Tavernost, who recently announced his wish to step down from his position as Chairman of the Executive Board.

Hortense Thomine-Desmazures, a graduate of Paris Dauphine University and Sciences Po Paris, joined Groupe M6 in 2006 after gaining experience at an advertising agency. In 2011, she was appointed Deputy Director in charge of trading. She became Deputy Director M6 Digital at M6 Publicité in 2015 and has been in charge of digital, innovation and marketing as Deputy Managing Director of M6 Publicité since June 2022.

Hortense Thomine-Desmazures will be nominated to become a member of the Groupe M6 Executive Board at the company’s next Supervisory Board meeting, which will take place on 23 April.
