Stefanie Jäckel, Chief Strategy Officer at Ad Alliance, will additionally take on responsibility for the Client Services division, which was previously led by Isabella Thissen. Frank Vogel, Managing Director of Ad Alliance, will take on direct responsibility for the Product & Price division – due to its relevance in the transformation of Ad Alliance’s product portfolio.
Isabella Thissen becomes Managing Director Digital at RTL News
On 1 March 2024, Isabella Thissen will join the Management Board of RTL News in her new position. As Managing Director Digital, she will be responsible for product development and the digital transformation of RTL News’ journalism brands.

Ad Alliance reorganises its management team
Also on 1 March 2024, Martin Hoberg will take over Ad Alliance’s Ad-Tech & Data division – which Isabella Thissen was previously responsible for – as Chief Tech Officer. In his new role, he will manage national ad-tech activities and international ad-tech investments as a member of Ad Alliance’s Management Board. He will additionally continue to be responsible for the ad-tech division of RTL Deutschland.
As Chief Strategy Officer, Stefanie Jäckel is already responsible for Strategy & Development as a member of Ad Alliance’s Management Board. The strategy and process expert will take over and further develop the Client Services division, which was also previously led by Isabella Thissen.

In addition to Martin Hoberg as Chief Tech Officer and Stefanie Jäckel as Chief Strategy Officer, Ad Alliance’s Management Board is completed by Lars-Eric Mann as Chief Marketing Officer, Michael Dorn as Chief Sales Officer and Peter Bartle as Chief Commercial Officer. All five leaders report directly to Managing Director Frank Vogel, who leads Ad Alliance together with Matthias Dang.
