A first for Fremantle and RTL Group: Four Oscars were awarded at the 96th Academy Awards in LA on 10 March 2024. Poor Things – a science fiction and dark comedy film produced by Element Pictures and starring Emma Stone – took home four awards: Best Actress for Emma Stone; Best Costume Design for Holly Waddington; Best Production Design for James Price, Shona Heath and Zsuzsa Mihalek; and Best Makeup & Hairstyling for Nadia Stacey, Mark Coulier and Josh Weston. The film was previously awarded five BAFTAS in February 2024, two Golden Globes in January 2024 and The Golden Lion at Venice Film Festival in September 2023.
