Christophe Goossens began his career at Tele2, where he held roles including Marketing Director. After co-founding MPulse in 2006, he joined Sky Broadband as Sales & Marketing Manager.

In 2007, he became head of Eldoradio (a RTL subsidiary) and was later promoted to Station Manager of RTL Radio Lëtzebuerg in 2012.

He was appointed COO in 2016 and became CEO of RTL Luxembourg in January 2017. In 2021, he also became CEO of Broadcasting Center Europe (BCE).
