Gergely Dudás graduated from the College of Commerce, Hospitality and Tourism in 2000 in the Tourism and Hotel Department, and then graduated as a marketing economist in 2004 at the University of Pécs. After graduating, he joined RTL in October 2000 as a sales assistant. Later he worked as a sales manager and then as a sales team leader. In 2008 he was appointed sales director. Initially he was responsible for RTL Klub only, later also for the entire cable portfolio.  

As of 15 July 2015, he was appointed RTL's Chief Commercial Officer and is currently Chief Revenue Officer.
