Inga Leschek has been Chief Content Officer (CCO) and a member of the management board of RTL Deutschland since June 2024.

With the integration of Sky Deutschland with RTL Deutschland, she assumed responsibility for the entire content division – from entertainment and fiction through to sports. The in-house production company RTL Studios also falls within Inga’s area of responsibility. In her role as CCO, she is responsible for the cross-platform content strategy across all brands and platforms.

In her role as Programme Managing Director RTL and RTL+ between 2023 and 2024, Inga drove the further development of the linear programming and streaming offering. Prior to that, as Director Nonfiction at Netflix, Inga was responsible for non-fiction content for the German-speaking region and Central and Eastern Europe.

Before moving to the streaming service, she brought together the production companies RTL Studios (formerly Norddeich TV) and 99pro media as Managing Director. Under her leadership, successful formats such as Ninja Warrior on RTL and Are you the One on RTL+ were created.

Earlier in her career, she worked at the production companies Tresor and Neue Sentimental Film, as well as the broadcasters ORF and ATV in Austria. With her expertise at the intersection of production, streaming and programming, Inga is regarded as one of Germany’s most influential female media executives.
