RTL AdAlliance becomes the global advertising sales partner for ORF-Enterprise
Under the agreement, international advertisers will have access to the Austrian public broadcaster’s advertising inventory across TV, radio and digital platforms.

ORF-Enterprise is the advertising sales house of ORF (Österreichischer Rundfunk), the national public broadcaster of Austria. It is responsible for managing the advertising sales for the portfolio, which includes four TV channels (ORF 1, ORF 2, ORF III Culture and Information and ORF Sport+), three national radio stations (Ö1, Hitradio Ö3 and FM4), the print magazine ORF Nachlese, as well as the entire digital portfolio comprising online news service ORF.at, and streaming platforms ORF On and ORF Sound.

Thanks to the exclusive partnership, RTL AdAlliance, RTL Group’s international advertising sales house, is expanding its portfolio for advertisers outside of Austria, representing the above-mentioned portfolio of channels from ORF. RTL AdAlliance is present in the Austrian market since July 2025, when IP Österreich (IP Austria) became a full subsidiary of RTL Group.

ORF’s award-winning portfolio – from first-class news and analysis and in-depth journalistic reports to live sports, high-quality documentaries and exclusive entertainment – continued to lead Austrian media in H1/2025. ORF 2, Austria’s leading TV channel, averaged a 37.6 per cent daily reach, the ORF radio portfolio ranked first among those aged 10+ with a 55.8 per cent daily reach, and Hitradio Ö3 remained the most successful national station at 30.1 per cent daily reach. Online, the ORF.at network was the country’s most used news service, reaching 72.92 per cent of the population monthly.

The agreement with ORF-Enterprise marks the second partnership with a European public broadcaster: earlier this year, RTL AdAlliance signed another exclusive agreement with FranceTV Publicité – the advertising sales house of France's public broadcasting group, France Télévisions. Since September 2025, RTL AdAlliance is representing the French public broadcaster’s TV and digital advertising inventory across most of Europe and selected international markets. The deal leverages the scale of France Télévisions, reaching 92.5 per cent of the French population monthly across its portfolio.

RTL AdAlliance sees the partnership as a strategic step toward building a structured, interoperable European media network that can compete with major international digital platforms. It also simplifies advertisers’ and agencies’ access to France Télévisions’ ad inventory within a premium, brand-safe framework that meets European standards for measurement, transparency and responsibility.
