Corporate responsibility is embedded in our values as an important factor for our business. We review and reassess our priorities, incorporating internal and external stakeholders’ views through regular surveys and consultations. As part of the preparation for our first sustainability report published in 2025, compliant with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), we conducted a double materiality assessment. This assessment identified RTL Group’s material ESG topics. They reconfirmed our three strategic CR pillars: Content, Social and society, Climate change.
Looking ahead, we will continue to regularly reassess our material ESG topics to determine whether new topics need to be addressed in response to evolving business priorities, market conditions, or global trends.

Content responsibility, creative/editorial independence and freedom of expression, intellectual property and copyright

Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), fair working conditions, health, safety and wellbeing

Green productions, green energy/electricity, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction

On 20 March 2025, RTL Group published its first sustainability report, an audited report on the Group’s various environmental, social and governance (ESG) topics.
