She graduated in 2001 from the ELTE in Psychology. Besides her HR experience, she is a qualified coach and psychologist. She started her career at Nokia and Shell, where she became an HR manager. After 11 years at Shell, she co-founded the successful organisation development and change management company Ascon Consulting. In 2014, she joined Telenor's transformation programme as a change management consultant and supported the company's international organisational and business transformation efforts in several Telenor Group countries. Under her leadership, Telenor has undergone a number of organisational and business changes. In 2022, she briefly joined Vanguards/Nanushka Zrt. to support the HR plans related to its international expansion.  

Since 15 January 2023, she is the Chief People Officer of RTL Hungary.
