RTL AdAlliance is part of the RTL Group. The group announced its decision in February 2022 to combine its fully owned businesses RTL AdConnect, G+J iIMS and the media division of smartclip to create an international advertising sales champion.

The creation of RTL AdAlliance follows RTL Group’s strategy to develop its international activities to create an alternative to digital giants and consolidate international ad sales under one roof.
